Return and Exchange Policy

Effective April 26, 2022

Thank you for your purchase from Lush Design Co! We hope you love your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied you may request a refund or exchange.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, free of any damage, and include the original labels or tags.


Regularly priced apparel items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Screen Print Transfer orders that are incomplete or incorrect can be exchanged for the correct items. Correct and complete Screen Print Transfer orders are subject to the exceptions below, and are not eligible for a refund.


  • Discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Screen Print Transfers (Regular priced and sale items) are FINAL SALE. Transfers that are incorrectly pressed or damaged at any point in the pressing process are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not subject to a refund. Please follow pressing instructions carefully.


To return an item, please email the below Return Information to You will receive a response from our customer service team within 24-48 hours that includes your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid return shipping label. You will need to print the Return Packing Slip to include with your package, as well as your return label. Place the item securely in it's original packaging and drop off at your local post office. All returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from when the item is received by our warehouse.

By submitting this Return Authorization, you acknowledge you have read and agree to Lush Design Co.'s Return and Exchange Policy. Returns or Exchanges received that do not meet the Return and Exchange Guidelines are subject to non-reimbursement and/or replacement and any additional shipping of the original items back to the customer is at the customer's expense.
