Return/Exchange and Missing Items Policy

Effective April 26, 2022

Thank you for your purchase from Lush Design Co! We hope you love your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied you may request a refund or exchange.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All return/exchange requests must be received within seven (7) days of the shipment delivery date. All returned/exchanged items must be in new, unused condition, free of any damage, and include the original labels or tags.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Regularly priced apparel items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email the below Return Information to hello@lushdesignco.com. You will receive a response from our customer service team within 24-48 hours that includes your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid return shipping label. You will need to print the Return Packing Slip to include with your package, as well as your return label. Place the item securely in it's original packaging and drop off at your local post office. All returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from when the item is received by our warehouse.

By submitting this Return Authorization, you acknowledge you have read and agree to Lush Design Co.'s Return and Exchange Policy. Returns or Exchanges received that do not meet the Return and Exchange Guidelines are subject to non-reimbursement and/or replacement and any additional shipping of the original items back to the customer is at the customer's expense.

MISSING ITEMS/SHIPMENT

To report a shipment that was not received or contains missing items, please email our customer support team at hello@lushdesignco.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. All missing shipment reports must be received within 5 days of the expected delivery date to allow our team to quickly research and recover any missing parcels. Shipments that are received, but having missing items must be reported within 14 days of shipment delivery to be eligible for full reimbursement or replacement.

Requests received after 5 days for missing shipments and 14 days for missing items are subject to rejection for reimbursement or replacement.
